• Account details: your name, mobile number, email address, and city. We use a one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number to sign you in.
• Booking details: the venues and vendors you book, dates and shifts, event type, guest count, special requests, and booking history.
• Location: your selected city and, if you allow it, approximate location, so we can show relevant venues and vendors near you.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We receive confirmation and transaction references, but we do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank-account credentials.
• Content you provide: reviews, ratings, and messages.
• Device and usage data: basic technical information such as device type, app version, and log data used to operate and improve the platform.

We share your information only as needed to run the service:

• With venues and vendors you book, so they can prepare for and deliver your event (for example your name, contact number, event date, and requirements).
• With payment and messaging providers — such as Razorpay (payments) and our SMS/OTP provider — strictly to process transactions and deliver messages.
• When required by law — to comply with legal processes, protect our rights, or prevent fraud, harm, or illegal activity.
• In a business transfer — if InMySlot is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

Online payments are handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner, Razorpay. Your payment credentials are entered on and processed by the provider; InMySlot does not see or store them. Please review the payment provider’s own privacy policy for how they handle your data.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive fields and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
