InMySlot is an online marketplace. We help you discover and book auditoriums and event vendors (such as catering, photography, decoration, and similar services). The venues and services are owned and provided by independent third parties (“Vendors”). InMySlot is not the owner, operator, or provider of any venue or service and acts only as an intermediary and booking facilitator.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the platform. You register and sign in using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your number and device secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.

When you book a venue, you select a date and a shift (full day, morning, or evening) and pay a token amount online to confirm the slot. Availability is shown in good faith but is only confirmed once payment is completed and the booking is accepted. The venue owner may need to approve the booking. The remaining balance is payable as stated at the time of booking — online through the platform and/or directly to the venue on or before the event day, depending on the venue.

You may book or enquire with event service Vendors, optionally alongside a venue booking. A Vendor booking may require an advance/token amount. The scope, inclusions, and final pricing of any service (including packages) are set by the Vendor. Any additional or custom requirements must be agreed directly with the Vendor.

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are set by the Vendor.
• Online payments are processed by our third-party payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card, UPI, or bank credentials.
• A convenience fee may be added at checkout to cover payment-gateway charges. The amount is shown to you before you pay.
• InMySlot charges Vendors a platform fee/commission on bookings. For some Vendors you pay the full amount through the platform; for others you pay a booking fee online and settle the balance directly with the Vendor. The applicable arrangement is reflected at checkout.
• Applicable taxes are charged as required by law.

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the venue or Vendor and the time of cancellation, and are shown on the relevant listing or at checkout. As a general rule, the token amount may be refundable (in full or in part) only if you cancel a stated number of days before the event date; cancellations closer to the event may not be eligible for a refund. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method and may take several business days to reflect. Where a booking is cancelled or rejected by the venue/Vendor, the token amount is refunded as applicable.

You may leave a review only after a completed booking, one per entity. Reviews must be honest, lawful, and free of offensive, defamatory, or misleading content. You grant InMySlot a non-exclusive right to display and moderate content you submit. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

You agree not to:

• use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings;
• attempt to bypass fees, interfere with the platform, or access it through unauthorised means;
• infringe the rights of InMySlot, Vendors, or other users.

If you register as a Vendor, you additionally agree to provide accurate listings, honour confirmed bookings and published pricing, hold the necessary licences and permissions, and settle platform fees as agreed. Vendors are solely responsible for the services they provide.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we verify Vendors where possible, InMySlot does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any venue or service, and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Your dealings with, and the actual event experience provided by, a Vendor are between you and that Vendor.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InMySlot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for the acts or omissions of any Vendor. Our total liability arising out of or relating to a booking shall not exceed the platform fee we actually received for that booking.

The InMySlot name, logo, and platform (including its design, text, and software) are owned by InMySlot and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Kerala, India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the platform.
